Bishkek, Apr. 9, 2019 / Kabar /. The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan Rayimberdi Duishenbiev met with newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic Du Deven.
Duishenbiev congratulated Du Deven on her appointment to a responsible position and wished her success in her future work, the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
During the meeting, the current state and prospects of cooperation in the military field between Kyrgyzstan and China were discussed, including military-technical cooperation, which is one of the priority areas, military education, bilateral events between the military departments of the two countries, etc.
The parties noted the intensification of bilateral contacts between departments, as well as confirmed their interest in further developing and strengthening comprehensive cooperation.
