Bishkek, Jan. 11, 2019. /Kabar/. Head of the President’s Office of Kyrgyzstan Dosaly Esenaliev met with famous football player Ilzat Akhmetov, who is currently in Kyrgyzstan in the offseason, the press service of the Kyrgyz Government Office reported.
“We are proud of your successful debut in the reputed CSKA team (Russia) and the invitation to the Russian national football team. We also believe and hope that our compatriot will continue to achieve great victories in sport. I wish you success!”, Dosaly Esenaliev noted.
Ilzat Akhmetov expressed gratitude for the warm welcome. He stressed that wherever he is, he always misses his homeland, Kyrgyzstan, is proud of his country. Ilzat Akhmetov added that he had spent the New Year holidays with his parents in Bishkek.
Ilzat Akhmetov is a native of Kyrgyzstan. He was a member of the Alga football team. Afterwards, he was playing in the Russian Rubin. Since July 2018, he has signed a contract with Moscow CSKA, has been invited to the Russian national football team.
Moreover, Ilzat Akhmetov is the laureate of the Russian National First Five Prize (Russian: Первая пятерка) and is among the 50 most promising young players in the UEFA rating.
