Bishkek, Jan. 9, 2019. /Kabar/. China is the main investor for Kyrgyzstan, First Vice Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov told at a press conference in the Government House of the Kyrgyz Republic.
He said that at present, China has allocated a total of $ 2.1 billion to Kyrgyzstan in the form of loans and grants aimed at improving the socio-economic conditions of Kyrgyz people.
Boronov told that more than $ 100 million was allocated for the repair and construction of Bishkek roads, in addition, a modern complex worth $ 26.4 million was built in Osh, a project on irrigation system in Kyrgyzstan worth $ 32 million is also being implemented – this is grant aid from China.
“China is the main investor for our country,” Boronov commented.
