Bishkek, May 26, 2021. / Kabar /. A solemn ceremony of handing over military technical property provided by the People's Liberation Army of China to the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan is held in Bishkek, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The event was attended by Minister of Defense of Kyrgyzstan Taalaibek Omuraliev and Chinese Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic Du Dewen.
During the ceremony, Omuraliev and Du Deven got acquainted with the presented samples of military products and discussed their technical characteristics.
At the end of the event, the Kyrgyz defense minister thanked the People's Liberation Army of China for the assistance provided and expressed confidence in further increasing the level of cooperation.
The military-technical assistance was provided within the framework of the implementation of the previously signed agreements between the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic and the China.
