He said that China and Kyrgyzstan are neighbors, which are united by mountains and rivers. "Friendship between our countries has a long history. In June this year, President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov visited China and the leaders of our countries reached agreements on increasing the bilateral relationship to the level of strategic cooperation. This gives a new impetus to the development of bilateral relations," he said.
Sun He added that Kyrgyzstan is one of the first countries that supported the initiative of China to build the economic belt One Belt, One Road.
"Silk economic ways are important in the development of bilateral relations. Over the past years, cooperation between our countries, in particular humanitarian and trade and economic, has been increasing. In addition, we have implemented joint projects in the field of transport, energy, subsoil use, agriculture, etc. The implementation of these projects plays an active role in the economic development of the country," he added.
The counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Kyrgyzstan congratulated the entrants who had been sent to study at the Xian International Petrochemical University.
In addition, he noted that a major project for the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan transit pipeline is a new witness to the strategy of the Great Silk Road.
It should be noted that within the construction of the Turkmenistan-Tajikistan-Kyrgyzstan-China transit gas pipeline, 30 entrants from Alay and Chon-Alai districts of Kyrgyzstan will be trained in China at the expense of Trans-Kyrgyz Gas Pipeline Company Limited.
