The checkpoints Torugart and Irkeshtam, located on the Kyrgyz-Chinese section of the state border, will be temporarily closed at the initiative of the Chinese side in connection with the celebration of the Spring Festival in the China, the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republicreported.
Thus, state borders will be closed from February 10 to 12, 2024.
