Bishkek, July 25, 2018. / Kabar /. The social departments of Kyrgyzstan and China discussed the possibilities of cooperation in helping vulnerable segments of the population.
The State Secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development Kanybek Adiyev had a meeting with Li Chungfang, Director of the Social Development Department of the State Committee for Development and Reforms of China.
The press service of the ministry told that the sides discussed a number of topical issues in the provision of social services. In the course of the negotiations, Adiyev said that one of the priorities in the activities of the Ministry is the care of socially unprotected categories of citizens.
"Our department provides support to families and children in difficult life situations, elderly, unemployed citizens, and persons with disabilities. Considering that the People's Republic of China has a lot of experience in providing high-quality services to vulnerable segments of the population, we hope that you will share your work experience in practice," he said.
Following the results of the dialogue, the sides agreed on mutual cooperation.
