Chinese company plans to launch car production in Naryn

Bishkek, April 26, 2024 / Kabar/. Chinese company Jiabo plans to launch car production in Naryn, the regional administration reported.

Investors yesterday held negotiations with the head of the region, Altynbek Ergeshov. As a result, a tripartite memorandum was signed on the project to build a machine assembly plant.

The document was signed by Altynbek Ergeshov, the general director of the company Huang Yongqi and the head of Kyrgyz Pochtasy Marat Cherikchiev.

The launch of the plant is expected to provide jobs for 100 to 1,000 local residents. It will produce gasoline, gas and electric cars. Now a suitable place for its construction is being selected: options are being considered in Kochkor, Naryn and At-Bashy.
