Bishkek, Dec. 8, 2023 . / Kabar / . The Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan hosted a meeting to discuss issues related to the supply of agricultural products between Kyrgyzstan and China.
The press service of the Ministry reported that the meeting was initiated by Deputy General Director of the Asset Management Group of Hang Seng Co., Ltd. and Chairman of the Board of Hang Seng Technology Development Company Liu Hui.
The meeting discussed issues related to the overall export potential of agricultural products from Kyrgyzstan to China. The sides expressed interest in strengthening trade and economic relations and expanding agricultural cooperation.
Liu Hui expressed the willingness of Hang Seng Company to invest in the development of agriculture in the Kyrgyz Republic. A request was made to provide information on laboratories engaged in agricultural research, which may be interested in additional investment
The discussion also touched on improving infrastructure and technological support in agriculture, which helps improve production efficiency and ensures stability of supply.
Representatives of both sides expressed their hope for successful development of agricultural cooperation and continuation of dialog to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
