Bishkek, Oct. 26, 2023 . / Kabar / . A number of documents have been signed in Bishkek following a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
In particular:
1. On holding a regular meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
2. On the Interstate Program of Cooperation of the CIS member states in the field of geodesy, cartography, spatial data, geoinformation technologies, remote sensing of the Earth, cadastral registration and registration of rights to immovable property for the period until 2026.
3. On the Concept of Digital Transformation of the Fuel and Energy Sector of the CIS Member States and the Plan of Priority Measures for its Implementation.
4. On the Interstate Target Program "Recultivation of Territories of the States Affected by Uranium Mining Operations".
5. On the Set of measures to implement the Agreement on Cooperation of the CIS Member States in the Mining and Metallurgical Industry of Oct. 28, 2016.
6. On the Regulations on technological platforms within the framework of the Interstate Program of Innovation Cooperation of the CIS Member States for the period up to 2030.
7. On the Action Plan for the preparation and celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War in 2025 in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
8. On the Action Plan for the Year of Volunteer Movement in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2024.
9. On the CIS Championship (Championship, Cup).
10. On financial provision of the activities of the bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States:
10.1 On financing in 2024 of measures to continue in 2020-2024 the search for servicemen missing in action during the war in Afghanistan in 1979-1989, the search for burial sites, exhumation, identification of remains and their reburial in the homeland.
10.2 On financing in 2024 of measures to implement the Interstate Program for Improving the Quality of Life of War Veterans - Participants in Local Conflicts and Members of Their Families in CIS Member States for 2021-2025.
10.3 On the use of appropriations for the creation and development of the unified air defense system of the Commonwealth of Independent States member states and ensuring the activities of the Coordinating Committee on Air Defense under the Council of Ministers of Defense of the Commonwealth of Independent States member states in 2022.
10.4 On allocating funds for the creation and development of the united air defense system of the Commonwealth of Independent States member states in 2024.
10.5 On amending the Decision of the CIS Council of Heads of Government of May 25, 2007, on financial support for the activities of the bodies of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the maximum number of staff of its Executive Directorate.
10.6 On the execution of the unified budget of the bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States for 2022 and some issues related to the financial provision of the activities of the CIS bodies in 2023 and 2024.
10.7 On changing the amounts of the share contributions of the Commonwealth of Independent States member states to the unified budget of the CIS bodies.
10.8 On the unified budget of the bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States for 2024.
