Clinical trials of Issyk-Kul root completed, says Kyrgyz health minister

Bishkek, May 31, 2021. / Kabar /. Clinical trials of Issyk-Kul root (aconite) have been completed. The results will be announced soon, Minister of Health and Social Development of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadyr Beishenaliev said at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh Committee on Budget and Finance.

Answering the questions of deputies, the minister said 300-400 people who took aconite will be gathered today.

"The Issyk-Kul root has positive effects - the immunity increases, sputum from the lungs is removed in COVID-19 disease, sugar levels is lowered. Tincture of the root prevents the growth of tumors in patients with stomach cancer. Clinical trials have been completed. We sent the results to experts, professors and scientists. We are waiting for their reaction," Beishenaliev said.

Earlier, Minister Beishenaliev had drunk on air a tincture of Issyk-Kul root, which supposedly helps in treatment of coronavirus. He said the tincture should be prepared only in a certain dosage and used only in hot form.
