Bishkek, Dec. 26, 2018. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov signed the Decree on the Committee for the Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Kyrgyz Republic under the National Council for Sustainable Development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The press service of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that the decree is as follows:
“For the purposes f implementing the decision of the National Council for Sustainable Development of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Committee for the Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Kyrgyz Republic under the National Council for Sustainable Development of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 3 of December 10, 2018, I hereby decree:
To establish the Committee for the Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Kyrgyz Republic under the National Council for Sustainable Development of the Kyrgyz Republic as composed according to Appendix 1.
To approve the Regulation on the Committee for the Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Kyrgyz Republic under the National Council for Sustainable Development of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with Appendix 2.
State bodies and local governments shall provide full assistance to the Committee for the Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Kyrgyz Republic under the National Council for Sustainable Development of the Kyrgyz Republic in the performance of its functions, including providing documents and materials, with the exception of documents containing state and other secrets protected by law.
Control over the implementation of this Decree shall be entrusted to the Chief of staff of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.”
