Bishkek, May 24, 2021 . / Kabar / . The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange and the Digital Assets Exchange signed an agreement on partnership and mutually beneficial cooperation.
The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Kyrgyzstan Marat Pirnazarov, members of the Board of Directors of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange and professional securities market participants.
On behalf of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSE) , the document was signed by KSE President Medet Nazaraliev, and from the Chinese side – Director General of the Digital Assets Exchange Yue Hefu.
Chairman of the KSE Board of Directors Tilek Eraliyev noted that the purpose of signing this agreement is to establish and develop long-term, effective cooperation and mutually beneficial partnership between the exchanges, as well as to attract Chinese investors to the stock market of the Kyrgyz Republic.
"The cooperation between the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange and the Digital Assets Exchange is aimed at attracting investments through the stock market. Today Chinese companies are interested in entering our stock market, because we have created the most favorable conditions: the legislative framework, tax benefits, simplified listing requirements," Eraliyev said.
According to Yue Hefu, their office in Zhengzhou (PRC) is actively working to attract Chinese companies to the stock market of Kyrgyzstan.
"Today our office in China is holding talks with representatives of about 100 companies operating in various sectors of the economy. We are confident that the partnership between the two countries' exchanges will contribute to the development of bilateral economic relations between Kyrgyzstan and China," said the director general of the Digital Assets Exchange.
