Concept of Creating and Organizing Activities of Business Service Centers approved

Bishkek, Mar. 4, 2019. /Kabar/. As part of the implementation of the Development Program of the Government of Kyrgyzstan for the period 2018-2022 “Unity. Trust. Creation”, practical implementation for the creation of Business Service Centers in the Kyrgyz Republic is being carried out, the press service of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

Thus, the Concept of Creating and Organizing Activities of Business Service Centers for the period 2019–2022 was approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 96 dated March 1, 2019.

This document was adopted in accordance with the objectives defined in paragraph 3.4 of the “Unity. Trust. Creation”, which provides for the creation of a single platform and effective mechanisms to support entrepreneurship.

The main objectives of the creation of Business Service Centers are:

- exclusion of direct contacts between the entrepreneur and the state;

- formation of a transparent system of state regulation of business activities;

- reducing the costs of entrepreneurs in obtaining public services and licensing documents;

- increasing the potential of startuppers;

- improvement of technical skills and competencies of small and medium-sized businesses;

- reducing corruption in obtaining state services and licensing documents.

The Center will carry out activities in provision of educational, informational, financial and consulting services, as well as state services for the issuance of licenses and permits.

The initiative is being carried out with the assistance of development partners –Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the OSCE Programme Office.
