Al Kuwait, Feb. 20, 2019. /Kabar/. A big concert of Kyrgyz culture will be held in thnovillage in Kuwait, Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism Azamat Jamankulov told journalists.
He said that during the week a number of events will be held in the capital of Kuwait with the participation of Kyrgyz delegations in the field of culture, business and the tourism industry.
“Within the week it is planned to hold a conference devoted to the activities of great writer Chyngyz Aitmatov. In addition, the tourism potential of Kyrgyzstan will be presented. In general, over these 4-5 days, we need to show Kuwaitis what Kyrgyzstan is, what kind of economy, culture and tourism potential there is,” the minister said.
In addition, Jamankulov noted a large flow of tourists from the Persian Gulf countries, including Kuwait. The head of the Ministry of Culture attributed the sharp inflow to the holding of the Nomad Games.
“The fact that such a large delegation arrived in Kuwait is the result of the Nomad Games,” he added.
As part of his visit, Azamat Jamankulov will meet representatives of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information. Signing of the document on information support and interaction on the coverage of tourist potential on local TV channels is expected. In addition, an agreement on tourism is being prepared.
