Bishkek, Jan. 13, 2021. /Kabar/. Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Vladimir Norov sent his congratulatory message to Kyrgyzstan’s President-elect Sadyr Zhaparov, the press service of the last’s elections headquarters said on Wednesday.
"Your landslide victory in the elections and election as the head of state shows the full confidence in you and the planned course for further comprehensive development and strengthening of the Kyrgyz statehood, progressive modernization of the economy and improving the welfare of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic," reads the congratulatory message.
Vladimir Norov expressed confidence that Sadyr Zhaparov's life and professional experience and hard work will facilitate his achievements in foreign policy and enhance the authority and role of the Kyrgyz Republic in the world.
