Bishkek, Jan. 25, 2022 . / Kabar /. This year, it is planned to start the first phase of Kambarata HPP-1 construction, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov told a press conference.
He noted that $18.8 million will be required to prepare the infrastructure for the construction.
"In total, the launch of the first generator will require $486 million, which will take about 3 years," the head of the Kyrgyz Cabinet added.
