Bishkek, Aug.13, 2019. /Kabar/. An official ceremony to start the construction of a new building of the Obstetrical Gynecological Department with a total area of 1002 square meters took place in Tokmok Territorial Hospital on Aug. 10.
The press service of the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan said, the ceremony was attended by Muhammad Al-Shaya, the AL-SAFA Center Public Association Chairman, Ibrahim Malsagov, the AL-SAFA Executive Director, Altynbek Namazaliyev, the Governor of Chui Oblast, and Tokmok City Council Speaker Speaker Soltobayev, Tokmok Mayor Amangeldiyev, representatives of the Kyrgyz Health Ministry, Baktygul Mamytova, Health Care Coordinator of Chui Oblast, and deputies of the local Council.
The construction of a maternity home worth KGS 57 million has been started by the AL-SAFA Center. The new two-storey building will meet all modern requirements. In addition, the Al-SAFA Center will supply the necessary medical equipment, soft and hard equipment. Completion and commissioning is expected in April 2020.
