Bishkek, April 17 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree according to which Erkin Sopokov has been appointed Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in the city of Istanbul, Turkey, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
