Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic to Dubai appointed

Bishkek, Feb. 15 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree according to which Mamatbekov Aibek Bekboevich appointed Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in the United Arab Emirates in Dubai, the Kyrgyz President's press service reports.

Mamatbekov was born on September 9, 1978 Issyk-Kul oblast. He graduated from International University of Kyrgyzstan, with a degree in diplomacy and international law.

Work experience:

2000-2001 - Assistant Secretary of the Diplomatic Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

2001-2003 - Attaché in the Office of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

003-2004 - third secretary of the Main Department of Consular Service;

2004-2010 - Vice Consul, Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in Istanbul;

2010-2012 - First Secretary, Counselor in the Department of State Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

2011-2012 - Head of the State Protocol Department of the Foreign Ministry;

2012-2013 - Head of the Department Protocol of the Kyrgyz Government’s Office;

From 2013 till the present time, the director of the State Protocol Department.
