Tashkent, Oct. 1, 2020. /Kabar/. Uzbekistan’s total number of COVID-29 cases has reached 56,997 on Thursday.
According to the press service of the Health Ministry of the country, 478 more cases were confirmed in the past day, another 487 patients have recovered and 2 new deaths were registered.
A total of 53,457 (94%) Uzbekistanis have cured of novel coronavirus since the beginning of the pandemic, and the death toll has reached 470.
Treatment is provided to 3,069 patients, 563 of them are in serious condition, state of 267 assessed as extremely serious.
