Coronavirus’ Latest: 78,181 patients recovered in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Jan. 12, 2021. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s total number of recoveries from COVID-19, the disease caused by the virus, has amounted to 78,181.

The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that over the past 24 hours, 178 more patients have cured of coronavirus.

The country’s tally of infections has reached 82,495 on Tuesday, after an overnight registration of 115 cases.

Novel coronavirus has claimed lives of 1,374 people in Kyrgyzstan so far with three virus-related deaths in the previous 24 hours.

Currently, 808 patients are being treated in hospitals, including 49 in intensive care units and 1,203 patients are receiving treatment at home.

Kyrgyz health workers conducted 5,641 laboratory tests for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
