Coronavirus’ latest: Kyrgyzstan reports 400 recoveries along with 4 new deaths

Bishkek, Dec. 19, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s total number of recoveries from novel coronavirus has reached 72,459 on Saturday.

According to the latest report from the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, another 408 patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of coronavirus infection have recovered over the past 24 hours.

The report says that the death toll of the country has climbed to 1,328 after 4 new virus-related deaths were recorded: one in Bishkek city, one in Batken Oblast and two people died in Osh Oblast of the republic.

As of today, 232 new cases of coronavirus were detected in Kyrgyzstan, bringing the national total to 78,911.

1,694 patients are being treated in hospitals, including 85 in intensive care units and 2,551 patients are receiving treatment at home.

3,141 PCR tests were conducted over the past dayin the country.
