Bishkek, Jan. 5, 2020. /Kabar/. Over the past 24 hours, another 227 patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of coronavirus infection have recovered in Kyrgyzstan.
The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that as of Jan. 5, a total of 76,955 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of the disease since the beginning of the pandemic.
The country reported on Tuesday 124 new COVID-19 cases raising the tally of infections to 81,512.
The death toll from coronavirus stands at 1,360, no new deaths were registered over the past day.
A total of 888 patients are being treated in hospitals, 47 of them in intensive care, while 1,385 patients are receiving treatment at home.
