COVID-19: Bishkek imposes restrictions on entertainment facilities

Bishkek, June 16, 2021 . / Kabar /. Restrictions are imposed on the operation of entertainment facilities in Bishkek, the press service of the capital's Mayor's Office said.

"Due to growth of daily cases of coronavirus infection, it was decided to limit the work mode of entertainment institutions (nightclubs, restaurants, catering, cafes, karaoke, bars), including those located in shopping and entertainment centers, from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. starting from June 17, 2021 without changing the mode of food delivery services and takeaway food sales until the epidemiological situation improves," the report says.

The decision was made during a meeting of the city emergency anti-epidemic and anti-epizootic commission, chaired by the Deputy Mayor for Social Clustee Viktoria Mozgacheva.

"Members of the commission discussed the epidemiological situation and measures taken to prevent further spread of coronavirus infection in Bishkek. As a result, a decision was made to impose restrictions," the Mayor's Office reported.
