Bishkek, Dec. 8, 2020 / Kabar /. Head of the Public Health Department of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Ainura Akmatova told that a decrease in the incidence of COVID-19 has been observed in the country since the end of October.
“As statistics show, there has been a 4.6% decline since the 37th week. This is very encouraging, but we must not forget how the epidemiological curve showed. That is, epidemiological outbreaks may occur, the situation may change. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to follow the recommendations on self-defense and mask mode,” Akmatova said.
Kyrgyzstan reported on Tuesday 295 new COVID-19 cases, in total 75,690. A total of 67,873 people recovered, 1,301 died.
