Bishkek, March 24, 2021 . / Kabar / . About 3 million Kyrgyzstanis – 70% of the country’s population are planned to be vaccinated by November 2021, director of the Republican Immunoprophylaxis Center Gulbara Ishenapysova said on the air of the Birinchi Radio.
According to her, now a preparations are under way for the first phase of vaccination, under which people at risk groups - doctors, teachers and people with chronic diseases will be vaccinated.
Ishenapysova noted the Government of the republic is negotiating with the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the Islamic Development Bank and other donors, who are developing a plan to procure vaccines with budget funds.
"During the vaccination, the person will be informed what he is vaccinated with, what components, after he will have to sign a form of voluntary consent. After the procedure, person would have to wait 30 minutes so that medics monitor his condition. Further, after the completion of the vaccination, a citizen must be observed by a medic for three days,” the director of the Immunoprophylaxis Center added.
She said surveys will be used to determine whether or not a person has been sickened.
"The vaccine instructions say that after 6 months after illness a person can get it if he or she wants. Vaccinations should be given to healthy people after an examination, a survey," she noted.
