Bishkek, Oct. 26, 2020. /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, another 227 patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 coronavirus infection have recovered in the past day, Health Minister of the republic Alymkadyr Beishenaliyev told during a press conference at Kabar News Agency.
Thus, total number of recoveries from novel coronavirus has reached 47,843 in Kyrgyzstan.
The country added on Monday 420 new COVID-19 cases, raising the tally of infections to 56,170.
According to Alymkadyr Beishenaliyev, the death toll stands at 1,134, no death was registered over the past day.
Currently, 3,399 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 3,274 patients - at home.
“The political events that took place in the country had an impact on the growth of the disease,” the minister added.
