COVID-19: Over 2,400 patients recovered in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, July 1, 2020. /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, 73 coronavirus patients have recovered in the past day, Deputy Health Minister of the country Mademin Karatayev said at a briefing Wednesday.

To date, nationwide recoveries from novel coronavirus has climbed to 2,443.

Kyrgyzstan reported 439 confirmed COVID-19 cases on Wednesday raising the total number of infections to 5,735.

The deputy minister reported 5 new virus-related deaths, raising the total number of fatalities to 62.

In total 21,145 people had contact with infected patients.

3,281 laboratory tests were conducted in the country in the last 24 hours.
