COVID-19 situation is under control in Kyrgyzstan: Health Ministry

Bishkek, June 3, 2021 . / Kabar /. In Kyrgyzstan, current situation with COVID-19 coronavirus infection is controlled, Minister of Health and Social Development of the republic Alymkadyr Beishenaliyev said at a parliamentary session on Thursday.

He also added that has been an increase in coronavirus incidence in the last month, especially in Bishkek and Chui Oblast.

"There is no need to impose restrictions. Sanitary doctors are working in the field. If we impose restrictions, the economy will suffer again. We have to prepare for the tourist season, we open hospitals in Issyk-Kul and prepare to send medical teams there," the minister said.
