Bishkek, June 29, 2023. / Kabar/. Akylbek Zhaparov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, took part in the solemn ceremony of the official launch of the Creative Industries Park in Bishkek, the press service of the Cabinet said.
"Contrary to various negative forecasts, the Cabinet of Ministers headed by the president managed not only to ensure stability and steady growth of the country, but also to prove to the world the opposite - that Kyrgyzstan can, we were able to destroy all stereotypes about our country, we got rid of the poor country syndrome," said Akylbek Zhaparov.
He added that currently Kyrgyzstan is actively moving into the next stage of its development, where about 50% of the country's population are young people.
“Creativity is the engine of progress. From this day on, we are starting a bright and promising stage in the economic development of Kyrgyzstan, associated with the launch of the Creative Industries Park, which will bring together talented, creative, full of ideas and energy creators not only from all over Kyrgyzstan, but from all over the world. Throughout the year, our state, in a team with representatives of the creative industries, makes a creative breakthrough in Kyrgyzstan,” Akylbek Zhaparov said.
The chairman of the Cabinet also called on creators from all over the world to become part of the Creative Industries Park in Kyrgyzstan.
At the end of his speech, the head of the Cabinet expressed his gratitude to the Association of Creative Industries for their active creative work for the benefit of the country.
“We hope that the Creative Industries Park will become a place where new ideas are born, start-ups are launched and industries are developed that can bring tangible progress and prosperity to our country. May it become a source of inspiration, growth and success,” the chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers concluded.
