Bishkek, Dec.12, 2024. /Kabar/. Croatia considers Kyrgyzstan an economically important and influential partner in Central Asia, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia Gordan Grlić Radman told journalists following talks with his Kyrgyz counterpart Jeenbek Kulubaev.
He noted that his official visit to Kyrgyzstan was historic and very fruitful.
“We were able to discuss a number of important issues of bilateral cooperation today. Croatia considers Kyrgyzstan an economically important and influential partner in Central Asia. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Croatia. We believe that we can further develop bilateral and multilateral relations between the two countries. Today we have shown on both sides our readiness for political dialog at all levels so that we can strengthen mutual trade, education, tourism and culture. Croatia is very interested in developing relations with Kyrgyzstan,” the minister said.
Gordan Grlić Radman added that during the bilateral talks a wide range of cooperation issues was discussed.
“There are several business representatives in our delegation. Croatian business sees great prospects in cooperation with Kyrgyzstan. They have found their colleagues and counter-partners here. I am confident that we can open a new page, a new chapter of our cooperation and together we can take it to a new level,” Gordan Grlić Radman concluded.
