Bishkek, Feb. 26 / Kabar /. The press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek reports that a small crowd of people gathered near the building of the State Committee for National Security in Bishkek.
Local media reports that the people demand to release member of the Kyrgyz Parliament, leader of Ata-Meken party Omurbek Tekebayev, who was detained today early morning after his arrival from Istanbul.
Yesterday, on Feb. 25 the Public Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan initiated a criminal case regarding Tekebayev accusing him of corruption and fraud.
