KAZINFORM The Collective Security Treaty Organization does not intend to take on new members but is planning two special designations - that of a CSTO Observer and a CSTO Partner, Acting Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Valery Semerikov said at a press conference in Moscow, BelTA has learned.
