Bishkek, Nov. 25, 2020 / Kabar Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan Nurzhigit Kadyrbekov met with representatives of the KOICA project "Development of cultural tourism on the Silk Road KF (Kyrgyz Friends)", the press service of the ministry reported.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the implementation of joint projects in the regions and plans for further cooperation in the development of cultural tourism.
The project manager, Chu Sang Khun, noted that the project is aimed at creating favorable conditions in remote areas and villages, as a result of which 10 villages were selected (Shabdan, Kara-Suu (At-Bashy), Acha Kayindy, Kyzyl-Tuu, Lesnoe (Issyk -Kul), Kyzyl-Beyit, Padysh-Ata, Murdash (Osh), Taldy-Bulak, Sheker (Talas), in which it is possible to create a history rich in tourist resources.
Also, Chu Sang Hoon presented 4 tourist routes developed for the development of cultural tourism:
1) The path of the nomad;
2) The path of health;
3) The path of war and peace;
4) Time travel.
This year, the Ministry, represented by the Department of Tourism and the National Cultural Center, together with the project, organized and conducted a tourist flash mob "Kyrgyzstan - a country of the future and stability". At the meeting, the final video material was presented, which will be distributed later through diplomatic channels and social networks.
