Bishkek, Jan. 24, 2020. / Kabar /. Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic Azamat Zhamankulov held a meeting on the preparation and conducting of the cross-year of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The meeting was attended by the heads of relevant departments and subordinate institutions.
During the meeting, its participants discussed the preparation and conducting of the cross-year of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic in 2020.
“At present, we must actively prepare for its implementation. A special organizing committee has been created, which includes all the heads of line ministries and departments, and a draft Cross-Year Action Plan has been prepared. It is worth noting that more than 70% of the events are cultural and humanitarian. In this regard, we must conduct at a high level all the activities of this plan,” the minister said.
The program of the year will include exhibition events, exchange concerts, forums, master classes, theater tours and film screenings. The meeting participants agreed to substantively work out all the points and proposals of interested cultural institutions.
It is expected that the grand opening of the year of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic will take place in the second half of February 2020 in Moscow, and the closing in Kyrgyzstan.
