Cyclists from 25 countries to ride in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Aug. 16, 2021. / Kabar /. A large-scale bike ride started in Kyrgyzstan with the participation of 104 cyclists from 25 countries of the world in order to restore, promote and further develop the tourism sector of Kyrgyzstan,.

According to the Department of Tourism, the organizers of this event are the British company "Silk Road Mountain Race" and the local travel agency "Nomad`s Asia" with the official support of the Department of Tourism.

The bike ride has started at the hippodrome of Talas city on Aug. 13. The total length of the route is 1,800 km, of which 30,000 m is an ascent. The participants of this bike ride will finish on Aug.28 in the city of Balykchy, Issyk-Kul.
