Bishkek, May 12, 2021 . / Kabar /. Governor of Kyrgyzstan's Batken Oblast Abdikarim Alimbayev met on Wednesday with Ambassador of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan Ahmet Sadik Dogan, the press service of the Batken Oblast state administration said.
Special representative of the Kyrgyz President for restoration of Batken Oblast Mamyrzhan Razimov, head of the Religious Jaffa Department of the Turkish Embassy Mursel Ozturk, TIKA Coordinator Osmon Usta also took part in the meeting.
Ambassador Ahmet Sadik Dogan first expressed condolences for victims of the border conflict.
He said that Turkey is ready to provide all assistance for the reconstruction of the affected villages of Batken Oblast.
Governor Alimbayev thanked the ambassador for the assistance.
In addition, the sides discussed socio-economic development in the oblast, regional development, infrastructure improvement and agreed to strengthen their partnership.
The delegation also handed over humanitarian aid to the affected families of Batken.
