Bishkek, Mar. 25, 2019. /Kabar/. Athletes from Kyrgyzstan won two medals at the first Tashkent International Half Marathon, Газеты.uz reported.
The tournament was held on March 24, in which 1 thousand 658 people from 28 countries were registered, including Austria, Belgium, China, Estonia, France, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and others.
According to the agency, the participants ran a distance of 21.097 km. The first among women was Darya Maslova, her result – 1:12:30. The second place was taken by Sitora Khamidova, the third – Ekaterina Tunguskova, both from Uzbekistan.
Among men, the representative of China Linqiang Yang was the first to cross the finish line, and the second was Kyrgyzstani Adilet Kyshtakbekov, thereby winning the silver medal of the competition.
