Days of Turkic Cinema to take place in Bishkek

Bishkek, Sept. 12, 2018. /Kabar/. Days of Turkic Cinema will take place in Bishkek, the Kyrgyz Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism reported.

The films will be shown at Manas Cinema on September 13-15. The opening ceremony will be attended by representatives of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkey, members of the Parliament, cultural figures, filmmakers, animation artists, and others.

The programme of the festival includes: Azerbaijani film “Kyzyl bakcha” (lit.: red garden), Kazakhstani movie “Oralman” (“Оралман”, “Репатриант” - repatriate), Kyrgyzstani film “Tunku kyrsyk” (“Түңкү кырсык”, lit.: night accident), Turkish – “Buuday” (lit.: wheat) and “Aila”.
