Bishkek, Jan. 13, 2021. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz health authorities confirmed on Wednesday that the country’s death toll from novel coronavirus has reached 1,375.
According to the latest report from the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, one new death related to the virus was recorded in Bishkek city in the past day.
The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Kyrgyzstan has risen to 82,587, as 92 more infections were revealed in the past 24 hours.
As of Jan. 13, another 177 patients have cured of the disease, taking the count of nationwide recoveries to 78,358.
810 people are in hospitals with 44 intensive care units. In addition, another 1,113 patients are receiving treatment at home.
The country conducted 2,309 tests within a day.
