Decree signed on termination of powers of Kyrgyzstan’s PM and Government

Bishkek, Jan. 21, 2021 /Kabar/. Acting President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Talant Mamytov signed the Decree "On Termination of Powers of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".

Thus, after the official publication by the CEC of Kyrgyzstan the results of the early presidential elections and submission of application of Sadyr Zhaparov about resignation of powers of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, it is provided:

- To accept the resignation of Sadyr Zhaparov from the post of Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and relieve him of his position.

- To consider the current composition of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic as having resigned.

- To establish that members of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic shall perform their duties until a new Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is formed in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

- To assign the duties of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic until the formation of the new Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to Acting First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Artem Novikov.
