Delegation from Czech Republic arrives in Bishkek

Bishkek, Sept. 9, 2022. / Kabar /. A delegation from the Czech Republic headed by Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies Jan Bartoszek arrived in Bishkek.

The Bishkek Mayor’s Office said that Mayor Emilbek Abdykadyrov met with the delegation.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the development and strengthening of friendly relations, the report said.

The mayor noted that the Mayor's Office attaches great importance to the preservation of historical monuments in the capital and is ready to assist in finding the necessary data on the historical significance of the Intergelpo cooperative from Czechoslovakia.

The Czech delegation plans to visit the graves of the Czechoslovaks at the Fraternal Cemetery, the Intergelpo area, the Fuchik park and the house of A. Dubcek.
