Bishkek, Aug. 19, 2022 / Kabar /. At the invitation of Mayor of Osh city Almaz Mambetov, the delegation of the sister city of Manisa (Turkey) arrived in Osh to exchange experience in the field of water supply.
During the meeting with the delegation, Almaz Mambetov noted that Osh is always ready to develop bilateral ties with sister cities, emphasizing the close historical relationship with the municipalities of Turkic-speaking countries.
Gokhan Chevik, Deputy General Director of Manisa city water supply company, said that the delegation had already visited a number of city water supply companies and made their proposals. The need to develop bilateral cooperation in many promising areas was also emphasized.
In June this year, a program was signed to develop cooperation between the cities of Osh and Manisa, which provides for a comprehensive exchange of experience in solving urban problems.
