Bishkek, June 8, 2021. / Kabar /. Director of the State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports Kanat Shabdanbaev met with member of the Executive Committee of the International School Sport Federation (ISF) Nurzhan Nurakhmetov, the press service of the State Sports Agency reported.
During the meeting, issues of cooperation between the State Sports Agency and ISF, preparation for the visit of the ISF delegation to Bishkek, plans for the development of school leagues and the participation of Kyrgyz schoolchildren in ISF global projects were discussed.
The sides paid special attention to the mechanisms for creating and strengthening the Federation of School Leagues of Kyrgyzstan, jointly developed recommendations to improve the efficiency of its activities.
In addition, during the negotiations, the sides initiated the implementation of physical culture and sports projects with the participation of Central Asian countries, including the organization of the Central Asian School Games (CASG). Following the meeting, a plan for further actions was approved.
