Delegations of Kyrgyzstan and European Investment Bank meet in Bishkek

Bishkek, Jan. 25, 2023. /Kabar/. A meeting of the delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic, headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Aibek Moldogaziev with the delegation of the European Investment Bank, headed by the chief adviser of the financial institution on lending operations for Central Asian countries, A. Brun, took place in Bishkek.

The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic said that the meeting was also attended by Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the Kyrgyz Republic, Ambassador Marilyn Josefson. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the implementation and promotion of projects implemented in the Kyrgyz Republic with the support of the European Investment Bank. Moldogaziev expressed the interest of the Kyrgyz side in further deepening cooperation in various areas of activity of mutual interest. In turn, the representatives of the Bank noted the interest in strengthening cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the European Investment Bank and the implementation of various investment projects, especially in the field of "green economy", energy and transport. Following the meeting, the parties agreed on the joint development of bilateral cooperation.
