Bishkek, Oct. 2, 2018. / Kabar /. The Agreement on Cooperation between the Department of Information and Mass Communications and the newly established Association of Television and Radio Organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic has been signed in Bishkek.
The document was signed during a press conference at Kabar News Agency by Baktygul Nuruzbayeva, director of the Department of Information and Mass Communications of Kyrgyzstan and Avlanbek Dzhumabayev, director of the Association of Television and Radio Organizations of Kyrgyzstan.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic Ainura Temirbekova said that this agreement is rationalized by the transition of Kyrgyzstan to digital television broadcasting and the entry into full force of the law on television and radio broadcasting.

Director of the Association of TV and Radio Organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic" Avlanbek Dzhumabayev said that with the advent of the digital format, many problems in this industry became bare.
“What we start today is hard work. Our association is a legal association that has been created by several channels. To solve the existing problems, we raised a number of questions. In particular, the development of television and radio broadcasting, the development of the domestic TV market, advertising control. The state meets our needs in solving these problems,” he said.

Chyngyz Esengulov, head of the information supply office of the government, said that if domestic television channels work closely with this Association, there will be good results.
“Quality products will be produced. As my colleagues pointed out, many TV channels violate laws, for example, the law on the state language or ethics. They broadcast not good videos and films, which bring up our children. Therefore we need to conduct monitoring and analysis,” he concluded.
