Bishkek, Feb. 2, 2022 . / Kabar /. Today, Feb. 2 Kyrgyz deputies are hearing in a closed session information of the Cabinet of Ministers on border conflict that occurred on Jan. 27 on the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the state border.
Earlier, the deputies proposed to invite Head of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan Kamchybek Tashiev to hear information about Protocol 39.
Protocol 39 was adopted on May 1, 2021, after bilateral talks in Batken town of Batken Oblast.
The Tajik delegation was led by Head of the Tajik Committee for National Security Saimumin Yatimov. However, the Kyrgyz-Tajik intergovernmental commission could not reach a consensus.
Therefore, the issue of implementation of this document was suspended.
