Bishkek, Aug. 3, 2022 /Kabar/. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Edil Baisalov received a delegation from the Kingdom of Bahrain, headed by Director at Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance Ahmed Al Shaikh, the Cabinet of Ministers said.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of cooperation development in investment, trade and economic spheres, agriculture, energy, health and tourism.
The deputy head of the Kyrgyz Cabinet expressed interest in the development of bilateral cooperation, noting the tourism potential of the republic.
Edil Baisalov also noted the importance of establishing direct contacts with financial institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, in particular to develop cooperation in areas such as banking, finance, application of blockchain technologies.
In turn, Director at Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance Ahmed Al Shaikh expressed readiness to activate cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
