Deputy FM of Kyrgyzstan meets with special rep of Japanese MFA for Central Asian countries

Bishkek, Jan. 29, 2024. /Kabar/. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Aibek Moldogaziev met with Special Representative of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Central Asian countries, Ambassador Masaki Ikegami.

The sides discussed the implementation of agreements following the visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov to Japan, and also discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation on topical issues.

During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on current regional and international issues of mutual interest.

The sides also discussed issues of holding high-level events within the framework of the “Central Asia + Japan” dialogue.
